Does it handle the 10% service charge?
Yes, as a folio charge line, itself VATable, exactly how Thai hotels present it. The pack keeps VAT and service charge separate on the invoice.
What about e-Tax Invoice?
The invoice carries your Tax ID and the required labels today; ETDA e-Tax Invoice filing is planned as a connected service: the export is free, the licensed filing pipe is the service.
Is anything locked behind a paid plan?
No. Every feature, including the Thailand tax pack, is open source and free. You pay only for people's time (implementation, support) or for hosting if we run the server for you.
