- Banquet. Floor plans, hall deals, pre-costing, quotes, guest response, and department checklists. Function management from enquiry to close-out, with proper document templates (logo, numbers, GST).
- Booking engine. Hotel profile, photos, policies, FAQ, SEO. Advance/deposit payment config and promo codes on
/book. Accent colour as a hex picker. Instant path with holds and locks. Airbnb-style villa catalog and public/staylistings for multi-site STR. - Front desk and stay. Check-in as a flow (registration readiness, then a room). Arrival, transport, and routed instructions at booking. Room blocks for house use, VIP, and maintenance. Folio audit integrity (void reason, allowance logging).
- POS and F&B. Restaurant POS with digital menu, captain ordering, KOT, room posting. Table map, shared tables, split bills, kitchen display, guest QR ordering. Inventory and recipes that can deduct when a KOT fires.
- Housekeeping. Proof media, room swap/upgrade, task assign/claim, SLA and escalation. Minibar/laundry from the floor. Lost and Found kinds for floor staff.
- Channel manager. Channex live. STAAH and AioSell adapters ready.
- i18n and ops chrome. Arabic RTL/LTR. Staff Arabic coverage for POS, laundry, kitchen, and folios. Currency and number locale follow the property country pack. Thailand, Malaysia, UAE, and Indonesia country packs.
